The D-ring swivels 360 degrees to maintain optimal alignment and mobility at the anchorage. Use with Werner A570003 Stainless Steel Replacement Steel Bolts for steel applications or Werner A570004 Stainless Steel Replacement Concrete Bolts for concrete applications. No bolts included.
