Werner A521000 Fixed Ladder Anchor
The A521000 provides safe anchorage on fixed ladders with two dedicated connection points?one for fall arrest while climbing and one for transfer/100% tie-off at the working surface. It installs quickly, fits ladder rungs up to 2 in (round) and 2.5 in (square), and is built of galvanized steel. Compatible with Werner harnesses that do not require a front D-ring.
